Easter at Santino is all about togetherness — long lunches, good wine, and time well spent with family.
To make the day even more special, we’re serving a one-off Easter roast: char-grilled Gundagai lamb rump — tender and full of flavour — with marinated Roman artichokes, a green peppercorn jus and eschalot.
It comes with all the good stuff: crispy Dutch cream potatoes roasted in beef fat, and our house leaf salad with eschalot vinaigrette.
Available for lunch and dinner across the Easter weekend.
